Welcome to STARGLAMZA. By making a booking through the STARGLAMZA booking platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Bookings All appointments are subject to availability and are only considered confirmed once the required booking and payment process has been successfully completed. Submitting a booking request does not automatically guarantee an appointment until confirmation has been received. 2. Booking Payments Where a deposit or payment is required to secure an appointment, payment must be completed using the payment method provided during the booking process. A secure payment link may be provided to complete and confirm the booking. 3. Appointment Information Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and appointment details. Please ensure that the selected service, date and time are correct before completing payment. 4. Punctuality Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointments. Late arrival may affect the amount of time available for the selected service and may result in the appointment being adjusted, rescheduled or cancelled depending on the circumstances. 5. Rescheduling and Cancellation Clients should provide reasonable notice when requesting to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Any applicable cancellation, rescheduling or refund conditions are outlined in the STARGLAMZA Refund Policy. 6. Service Changes STARGLAMZA reserves the right to make reasonable changes to services, availability, pricing, operating hours or booking requirements. Where a change materially affects an existing confirmed booking, the client should be notified where reasonably possible. 7. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for providing accurate information relevant to their booking and for communicating any relevant requirements before their appointment. 8. Acceptance By proceeding with a booking and/or payment, the client confirms that they have had the opportunity to review and accept these Terms & Conditions.
